Wellness Courses: Elevate your quality of life to a next level
In this course it will your introduction to the different perspective of wellness and start to improving on your 1 or 2 wellness dimensions that we find most relevant at the moment and creating your first tools, which will elevate your quality of life and well-being to the next level. It will include several sessions with exercises, meditations and much more by zoom or whatsapp.
We working on several wellness dimensions both on basic and advanced levels. Examining the results about what can improve before we can go to next one. Reexmaning and improving the existing tools with sessions by zoom or whatsapp.
We are going through all the aspects of the Wellness. Examining each dimension of the wellness and make priority on which Wellness we to improve most without disregarding other aspects. We create your individual tools, which you will be using and developing by yourself during all your life. The sessions provides via Zoom, whatsapp or similar.

About me
I have been working as a spine specialist / spinologist in Spain and Ireland since 2015. I work with Spinology, which is very unique for Sweden and focuses on treating the entire back. The examination method and adjustment that we use are very specific and focus on finding a misaligned vertebra that may occur in the back and solving it by adjusting it. I also have 30 years of experience in various cam sports and fitness, which helps a lot in understanding how the body works.
